  The authors identified a contig sequence from mouse Chromosome 9 that included the Adprtl3 and U3-55k genes. Further analysis of a genomic clone revealed that the Adprtl3 and U3-55k genes are located close to each in a head-to-head orientation separated by a 1.5kb putative bi-directional promoter region.
