GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Timp4 overlapping clones, sequence analysis
Syn2 overlapping clones, sequence analysis
Notes
  • Experiment
Analysis of genomic sequences flanking the Timp4 gene revealed that the gene was located in an antisence orientation between exons 5 and 6 of the Syn2 gene on Chromosome 6. The distance between the 3' end of Timp4 and exon 5 of Syn2 is 1.3kb while the distance between the putative transcription start site of Timp4 and exon 6 of Syn2 is 2.2kb.
