  722 base pairs (bp) upstream of Il10rb exon 1. The Ifnar1 gene is physically located only 58 kb 3 prime of Il10rb gene, The order of the genes within the CIICR gene cluster on both mouse Chr 16 and human Chr 21 from centromere to telomere is Olig2 - Ifnar2- Il10rb - Ifnar1- Ifngr2.
