Notes
  • Experiment
Analysis of 5 Lore1 interval specific congenic strains (ISCS) localized the QTL to an interval spanning 31.7 cM - 47 cM on mouse Chromosome 1. Candidate genes Zfp142 and Ptprn also localize to this interval. The approximate map location of Zfp142, previously unknown, is 41.5 cM.
