• Experiment
  A physical map was construsted to provide the order of genes listed above. The tiling profile was informative to show that the Dstn corn1 allele mapped to a 0.11 +/_ 0.05 cM region flanked by D2Mit513 and D2Pjn5. These data supported the genetic mapping data showing the critical region of the corn1 allele to reside between D2Mit513 and D2Mit491.
