  The construction of three congenic strains, B6.NZW-Sgp3/1, -Sgp3/2 and -Sgp3/3, which include on a C57BL/6 background the NZW-derived chromosome 13 intervals containing whole or part of the Sgp3 locus were informative in mapping Sgp3 to mouse Chromosome 13. Sgp3 is contained within an region defined by D13Mit250 and D13Mit97.
