GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Nr2e1 assembly
Afg1l assembly
Notes
  • Experiment
    The distance separating intron 2 of Nr2e1frc from
    Lace1 was calculated as 139 kb
    using UCSC Genome Browser (http://genome.ucsc.edu/;
    mouse assembly Feb. 2003). These results supported the authors
    earlier radiation hybrid mapping data that placed
    Lace1 on Chromosome 10, proximal to Nr2e1.
