• Experiment
  A cis-acting element located approximately 40kb to 150kb upstream of the Olfr1507 cluster was identified and appears to be required for the expression of Olfr1507, Olfr1508, and Olfr1509 in transgenic mice. Deletion of this region abolishes expression ofthese 3 genes. This region is highly homologous to its corresponding human sequence on human Chromosome 14.
