Notes
  • Experiment
Authors show that the mutant gene Rco2 (reduced coat 2) mapped to a region of mouse Chromosome 11 flanked proximally by D11Ing46 and distally by D11Mit124. Rco2 was found to be a mutation at the Gsdm3 locus. Over 692 mice from crosses using C3HeB/FeJ - Rco2/+ and C57BL/6J were analyzed in mapping.
