    The authors indicate that Aym1 mapped in mouse chromosome 5 at chromosomal band 5F, which contains three additional Aym1-related sequences on the complementary strand within a range of 26 kb. Using radiation hybrids the authors mapped Aym1 again to mouse Chromosome 5, about 65 cM from the centromere .
