  • Experiment
    Markers within the t complex region of mouse Chromosome 17 were ordered as Snx9 (3') - Synj2 - Serac1 - Gtf2h5 - Fbl-ps1 - Ftl1-rs9 . The region includes 225 kb of DNA between D17Aus9 and Dynlt1. Based on data reported in the publication the authors suggest that S1 (sterlility locus 1) and D1 (distorter locus 1) are not the same locus.
