Notes
  • Experiment
The GeneBridge hamster/mouse radiation hybrid panel was used to map Retnla, Retnlb, and Retnlg to a cluster on mouse Chromosome 16. Retnlg and Retnla are situated in tandem in a head to tail orientation less than 25 kb apart. These genes are 49.6 cR proximal to D16Mit15 (33.8 cM) and 13.5 cR distal to D16Mit85 (32 cM). Retnlb is situated 21.9 cR proximal to D16Mit15 and 32.6 cR distal to D16Mit85.

    centromere - D16Mit85 - Retnlg - Retnla - Retnlb - D16Mit15 - telomere
