Notes
  • Experiment
    Two ordered clusters of genes in mouse Chromosome 2 define the serine proteinase family. Cluster 1 from 5' (Wfdc5 - Wfdc12 - Wfdc15a - Wfdc15b - Svs2 - Svs3a - Svs4 - Svs3b - Svs6 Svs5 - Slpi) Cluster 2 from 5' (Wfdc2 - Wfdc6a - Spinlw1 - Wfdc8 - Wfdc6b- Wfdc16 - Wfdc9 - Wfdc10 - Wfdc11 - Wfdc13 - Wfdc3 ) Not all the loci listed here have been enterered into MGI as they lack sequence information, these loci awaiting sequence IDs are Svs3b, Svs3b, Wfdc15b, Wfdc15a, Wfdc11, Wfdc10, Wfdc9 and Wfdc6a.
