    H2 haplotype analysis of (NZB/NZW)F1 x NZB backcross animals revealed linkage between the NZW-derived H2 allele and increased production of IgG anti-dsDNA autoantibodies. This locus is named Ads3 (anti dsDNA antibody 3). NZB-derived alleles at H2 are also associated with increased production of IgM anti-dsDNA antibodies. This locus is named Ads1 (anti dsDNA antibody 1). Ads1 appears to be closely linked to Agp1, and Ads3 appears to be closely linked to Agp3.
