Experiment

The authors used genomic hybridization, deletion mapping, and restriction analysis to map Tcra-V genes to an approximate 1Mb region of mosue Chrmosome 14. The overlapping contigs are shown graphically in the text. A total of 190 Cosmid clones were isolated to derive the physical map.
