Notes
  • Reference
Of the 74 recombinants recovered in the cross, 73 were recombinants between cluster 1 (Es-1, Es-6, Es-9, Es-22) and cluster 2 (Es-2, Es-5, Es-7, Es-11, Es-23). One recombinant occurred within cluster 1 between (Es-1, Es-6) and (Es-9, Es-22) and this mouse was used to develop a recombinant line CYPYM.
  • Experiment
    Es-1 contains a cluster of genes including Es-1, Es-6, Es-9 and Es-22 and Es-2 contains the cluster Es-2, Es-5, Es-7, Es-11, Es-23.Offspring types indicate alleles inherited from F1 parent.
