    Somatic cell hybrids from fusion between Chinese hamster cell line E36, and either peritoneal macrophages from A/HeJ, fibroblasts from BALB/c murine fibrosarcoma, or murine cell lines CT11c or C11DH3 were analyzed. Cellular DNA digested with HindIII was analyzed on Southern blots using cDNA probes to the murine immunoglobulin lambda chain complex.
