GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Dppa5-ps4 assembly
Notes
  • Experiment
The Authors determined by using BLAT analysis that at least 9 Dppa5 psuedogenes mapped in the mouse geneome. The two pseudogenes that could not be mapped to a chromosome are not identified here. Dppa5-ps1 mapped to mouse Chromosome 1, Dppa5-ps2 mapped to mouse Chromosome 5, Dppa5-ps3 mapped to mouse Chromosome 11, Dppa5-ps4 mapped to mouse Chromosome 12, Dppa5-ps5 mapped to mouse Chromosome 14, Dppa5-ps6 mapped to mouse Chromosome 16, Dppa5-ps7 mapped to mouse Chromosome 17, Dppa5-ps8 mapped to the mouse X Chromosome and Dppa5-ps9 mapped to mouse Chromosome 9 68 Kb downstream of Dppa5. The Chromosome 9 locus has 3 exons like Dppa5, hovever evidence was presented that this locus was in fact a duplicated pseudogene.
