• Experiment
  Two sets of microcell hybrids were used. The DDm series were constructed by fusing Chinese hamster ovary cell line DG44 with microcells from fibroblasts of 12 to 14 day embryos of mouse strain C57BL/6J. The F(11) and A series were derived by fusing rat cells and mouse microcells. Dhfr determined on EcoRI digested DNA by Southern blot analysis using mouse probe pdhfr3.2.
