• Reference
  Linkage of H2 and Pgk2 was confirmed in congenic strains. Snell congenics A.BY, C3H.SW, A.CA, B10.M, C3H.JK, AKR.M/n, B10.DA, B10.RIII(71NS), LP.RIII and A.SW all carry both donor H2 and donor Pgk2 alleles. Congenics D1.LP, C3H.HTG and D1.DA/Sn carry H2 donor, but not Pgk2 donor alleles. Thus, H2 and Pgk2 are linked on Chromosome 17 but clearly separable.
