    Mutant m6Hefl mapped to a 2.1 cM interval between D1Mit170 and D1Mit172. The m6Hefl mutant was found to be within the chromosomal region of the Zap70 locus. Mutant mapping was acomplished using an outcross of homozygous mutant mice on a C3H background to C57BL/6J and then subsequent brother-sister mating .
