  Two hybrid subclones of mouse x Chinese hamster somatic cells differed only in their Chromosome 10 content. The clone that contained Chromosome 10 tested positive for Hsp90b1 when probed with pMA2 on Southern blots of BamHI digested hybrid DNA; the clonewithout Chromosome 10 was negative.
