  • Experiment
    D17Tu5 was mapped using t haplotypes as follows: the a allele of D17Tu5 was associated with t6, tw12, twlub1, tTuw11, tTuw15, t12, tTw29, tw32, tTuw8, tTuw7, tTuw32, twlub4, tTuw21, tTuw25, tTuw26, tTuw30, t0, th44, th49, th51, tTu1, tTu4, TOrl, th2 and the b allele was associated with th45, tTu2, th18. The tTu3 haplotype, which contains a duplication, carries both the a and b alleles of D17Tu5. These data demonstrate that D17Tu5 is located in the proximal t region between D17Rp17e and D17Leh119II.
