Notes
  • Experiment
Two new transcripts were found on the short arm of the mouse Y chromosome (Yp). The first of these is designated H2al2y supported by gene model XM_358268(discontinued) and ENSMUSG00000069034 which are similar to Histone H2a , mRNA. The other short arm Y gene is 1700020D14Rik ( AK006152). Whereas H2al2y has an X and autosomal relative, AK006152 does not show similarity to any locus on the X chromosome.
