  Rat x mouse microcell hybrids F(11)F (Tk positive) containing mouse Chromosome 11 and a BrdUrd counter selected line F(11)FR (Tk deficient) lacking Chromosome 11 were analyzed. DNA from these hybrids was cleaved with HindIII or XbaI and hybridized to probes specific for Erbb and Erba. Both probes hybridized with DNA from microcell F(11)F, but not with the DNA from F(11)FR, demonstrating that Erbb and Erba are on mouse Chromosome 11.
