GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
ple in situ hybridization c-myc cDNA
Notes
  • Reference
Revised gene symbol: ple (formerly Tg.ple).
  • Experiment
The transgene, ple, is an integration of a fusion gene carrying an MMTV promoter and a c-myc genomic fragment. The strong hybridization to bands D2/D3 represents the endogenous Myc locus. The KJ cell line analyzed was derived from a spontaneous mammary tumor that arose in a heterozygous transgenic founder female. Mouse cell line KJ was used in this experiment.
