• Experiment
  A human genomic probe was used to identify mouse gene Fgf-4 from HindIII fragments of genomic DNA from clone COS16. This section of DNA was determined to be less than 20kb from the 3 prime end of gene Fgf3 on Chromosome 7. DNA sequencing was used to confirm that the hybridized fragment was homologous to human FGF4.
