• Experiment
  Hybridization and sequence analysis of mouse clone lambda G28 demonstrated that it carries both mouse genes Slc10a3 (human P3) and Ubl4 (human GdX). Further restriction analysis of subclones from G28, using human cDNA probes for P3 and GdX, reveal that the region that hybridizes to the human genes is 5-6kb in length. There are about 800 bp between the CpG island in lambda G28 DNA and the 3' end of Slc10a3 (P3).
