  Among five Igh-1 congenic strains three carried the donor allele for both Igh-1 and Serpina1 (BAB/14, C.B17, C.B26) and two carried donor Igh-1 and host Serpina1 alleles (C.AL9, C.AL20). Another congenic, B10.PRE, an congenic, carried the donor Serpina1 and the host Igh-1 alleles. These data were used to estimate a 0.05 recombination frequency between Serpina1 and Igh-1 for these congenic strains.
