  • Reference
    Later papers change D17Tu17, D17Tu8, D17Tu51 to D0Tu7, D0Tu8, D3Tu51 respectively. These markers do not map to Chromosome 17. Revised gene symbols: Glo-1r, Hba-ps4, H2-M1, Cyp21a1 and D17Leh26 (formerly Qglo, Hba-4ps, Mb1, Cyp21 and D17Tu26 respectively). This mapping places Gnat2 on mouse Chromosome 17. It was later determined to map to mouse Chromosome 3. (Wilkie TM, Nat Genet 1:85-91, 1992). This paper maps D17Tu33 to Chromosome 17, it was later determined to be D3Tu33 on Chromosome 3.

    Authors used D17Leh119 for D17Leh119I.
  • Experiment
    Authors mapped the symbols D17Leh66E and D17Tu32. Please note that the probe used for mapping D17Leh66E has been shown to hybridize to D17Leh66EI and D17Leh66EII and that the probe use to map D17Tu32 has been shown to hybridize to D17Tu32A and D17Tu32B.
