  Somatic cell hybrids were from fusion of Chinese hamster cell line 380-6 with either mouse peritoneal macrophage cells from ICR female mice (n = 10) or cells from male mice homozygous for translocation Rb(16.17)7Bnr (n = 12). Twenty-two primary clones and 25 secondary clones derived from positive primary clones were analyzed. Sod-1 and Ifrc segregated concordantly in all but one secondary clone indicating that these loci are located on the same chromosome.
