    Somatic cell hybrids were from fusion of male Chinese hamster lung cells (E36), with BALB/c male spleen cells. The multiple band pattern of the positive hybrids did not vary with that of the BALB/c parent, suggesting that more than one Spt gene maps to Chromosome 15.
