Zfy1 in situ hybridization pDP1068
Zfy2 in situ hybridization pDP1068
Notes
  • Experiment
Probe pDP1068 is a 2.1 Kb fragment of Zfa genomic DNA which also hybridized to Zfa (17 grains) on Chromosome 10 and Zfx (28 grains) on Chromosome X (see accompanying experiments for this reference). Zfy1 and Zfy2 arose from an intrachromosomal duplication and their close proximity makes differentiation of the hybridization signals difficult.
