Notes
  • Reference
Analysis of congenic mouse DNA with a 358 bp deriviative of probe B65.5PV2 demonstrated that viral polymerase fragments were associated with the following minor H loci: Pol-6 with H19, Pol-9 and Pol-18 with H22 and H24, Pol-20 with H27, Pol-5 with H30, Pol-1 and Pol-17 with H34, Pol-27 with H36 and Pol-23 with H3. Revised gene symbols: Cas1, D12Nyu1, D12Nyu2 and D12Nyu5 (formerly Cs-1, D12-1, D12-2 and D12-5 respectively). Authors use Ric-1 for the Ric locus.
Subsequent information in J:59437 show that the the H7 gene discussed in this paper was actually H61 (Bailey's H7) and not the original H7 (Snell's H7).
