• Experiment
  To assign mouse gene Tcf-1 to Chromosome 5 twelve Chinese hamster x mouse and 1 rat x mouse somatic cell hybrids were analyzed. Tcf-1 showed perfect concordance with Chromosome 5. All other chromosomes were excluded by 3-10 discordancies.
