GeneAlleleAssay TypeDescription
Hbb-b1
Notes
  • Experiment
A 3.7 kb deletion that included the Hbb-b1 gene in b-thalassemia mice is analyzed. Using the cap site of Hbb-b1 as +1, the break extends 5' to nucleotide - 1984 and 3' to between nucleotide 1727 and 1713. At this site there is a unique deletion associated insert (Dai) of 66 bp. A restriction map including sites within the HindIII-XbaI region deletion fragment is provided.
