• Experiment
  The analysis of Chromosome XO (genotype Ta/O and +/O) and Chromosome XX (Ta/+) mothers indicate the ratio of Hprt activity in XO mice is 49% of that observed in XX mice. This X-linked dosage effect is consistent with G6pd activity. The ratio increased to89% during the third day of embryonic development. Guanine deaminase (Gda) activity was used as a control.
