  Analysis of backcross mice from (B6.K1 x B6.K2)F1 females x B6.K1 males indicate H-2Q to be genetically linked to Ped. B6.K1 and B6.K2 congenic mice differ only at H-2Q. Alleles at Ped determined from embryos at 93 hours after injection of human gonadotropin in female mice. Fast Ped alleles indicate embryos reached the blastocyst stage and slow alleles the morulae stage. The results of the linkage demonstrated graphically.
