Notes
  • Experiment
Microclones were derived from the D-E region of the Chromosome 7 arm of Rb(7.18)9Lub. Microclones that hybridized to the region deleted in c14CoS mice were selected for further analysis. These clones, E305, E336B and E453B, all failed to hybridize to DNA from mice carrying the c1075M or c112K deletions, but did hybridize to c14CoS/c6H DNA. Thus they map between the proximal breakpoint of c6H and the proximal breakpoint of c1075M. D7Rrt336B and D7Rrt305 map within the region deleted in c62DSD, whereas D7Rrt453B maps between the breakpoint of c1075M and c62DSD.
