  Dot blot hybridization of DNA from mice that were disomic, tertiary monosomic (missing Chromosome 5¹²) and tertiary trisomic (with an extra copy of 5¹²) were analyzed. The Abcb1 locus demonstrated differential hybridization signals with gene dosage related to its diploid, haploid or triploid status. The En2 locus did not show evidence of gene dosage. Thus, Abcb1 is proximal and En2 distal of the T31H breakpoint on Chromosome 5.
