  • Experiment
    Analysis of variance indicated a Chromosome 2 linkage of Scc1 with Cd44 (p = 0.0001) in BALB/cJ x (BALB/cJ x CcS-19)F1 backcross mice. CcS-19 is a recombinant congenic strain derived between background BALB/cHeA and donor STS/A. Linkage of Ptprj with Fshb(p = 0.003), B2m (p = 0.024) and Hc (p = 0.04) was also observed.
