• Experiment
  The congenic B10.D2.C-Tcra^a/Bo (N12F5) carries the alleles for Plau, Rnase1, Tcrd and Tcra from the Tcra donor strain BALB/cJFu. The host and congenic were homozygous for hr indicating that the segment transferred was centromeric to hr representing 18-27 cM of the BALB/c Chromosome 14. Various V-gene segment probes were used to show that Tcrd and Tcra alleles of donor BALB/cJFu were transferred to the B10.D2 host.
