  The results of complementation testing of various p alleles were used to derive a map of the p region deletions on Chromosome 7. Relative positions of p^J, p^84H, p^88H, p^d, p^un, p^bs, p^25H, p^6H, p^cp, p^81H, p^82H, and p^87H were determined. Probes 300L, 28RN and 700R from the duplicated p^un region were also placed (in that order) on the map. There were a total of 20 mutant p alleles analyzed of which 6 (p^81H, p^82H, p^84H, p^86H, p^87H and p^88H) had not been reported previously.
