    A series of somatic cell hybrid lines from Chinese hamster x mouse splenocytes from mice carrying various reciprocal X-autosome translocations was produced. These were characterized for X-Chromosome genetic content and define a nested set of mapping intervals on the X chromosome.
  • Experiment
    Somatic cell hybrid lines Gn23 and Gn28 were analyzed for genetic content of X-Chromosome loci. These hybrids were derived from Chinese hamster C3Hg fibroblast cell line x mouse splenocytes from T(X;4)7Rl bearing mice. The cytological breakpoint for T7Rlis in band XA2.
