    A series of somatic cell hybrid lines from Chinese hamster x mouse splenocytes from mice carrying various reciprocal X-autosome translocations was produced. These were characterized for X-Chromosome genetic content and define a nested set of mapping intervals on the X chromosome.
  • Experiment
    Somatic cell hybrid lines 15d2 and 15d3 were analyzed for genetic content of X-Chromosome loci. These hybrids were derived from Chinese hamster C3Hg fibroblast cell line x mouse splenocytes from T(X;12)13Rl bearing mice. The cytological breakpoint for T13Rl is in band XA3.
