    An LTR probe derived from mouse Murvy genomic DNA hybridized to Bgl and Bgl/HindIII digests of DNA from C57BL/10J male mice. This same probe failed to hybridize to Bgl/HindIII digested DNA from female C57BL/10J mice. These data indicate a Y locus for Murvy.
