  Deletion mapping using Southern analyzed DNA from hybridomas of A/J (91A3, 9AB10) and BALB/c (VM113, 5G8) mice were used to indicate a position of Igh-V10 and Igh-V11 in the central portion of the Igh-V complex. In general Igh-V10 and Igh-V11 map 3' to Igh-VJ558. Igh-V11 is intergrated within Igh-V3660.
