  Chromosomes recombinant between A^y and Emv15, and between Emv13 and a^x were analyzed using probe e which detects the distal inversion breakpoint of radiation-induced chromosome rearrangement Is1Gso. Probe e segregated with A^y and a^x in the recombinants indicating that the Is1Gso breakpoint maps very close to the agouti locus.
