Five loci were mapped to mouse Chromosome 17 using various t-haplotypes. D17Aus10 and D17Aus119 map at the qk locus with D17Aus119 being deleted in qkv/qkv mice. D17Aus76 maps with Plg, Sod-2, Tcp-1, Tme, Igf2r and near Tcp-10, Tcte-2 and Hst-1. D17Aus116 is deleted in T22H but not in Thp or TOr indicating a map position for D17Aus116 near T17Tu1, D17Aus9 and D17Leh48 and proximal to Tctex-1. D17Aus217rs is a proximal locus in the t-complex and is not detected in t6 and tw5x. D17Aus217rs maps distal to D17Tu1 and proximal to Tctex-1.
