    Offspring from reciprocal crosses between C57BL/6Ros and M. musculus (Denmark) were analyzed on Southern blots for Odc-rs13. All F1 females carried both the C57BL/6Ros and M. musculus bands. All F1 males carried only the band characteristic of the maternal strain demonstrating that Odc-rs13 is on Chromosome X.
